Job Description - Client Support Representative

Job Description:


Medtronic Ireland is seeking a passionate and dedicated Client Support Representative to join our team in Cork on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level role, we require at least 3 years of experience in customer service or client support.


Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer support to clients via phone, email, and other communication channels. 2. Address client inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide solutions in a timely manner. 3. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex client issues. 5. Assist in developing and implementing client support strategies to improve overall customer experience. 6. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in the CRM system. 7. Stay updated on company products and services to effectively assist clients.


Requirements: 1. 3 years of experience in customer service or client support. 2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 4. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software. 5. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 6. Cooperates well with others and can persuade clients effectively.
