Job Description:

Manna Aero, a cutting-edge drone delivery company based in Waterford, Munster, IE, is seeking a Remote Client Support Representative to join our team on a part-time basis. This is an entry-level position with zero years of experience required. We are looking for dedicated and reliable individuals who possess strong leadership and planning skills.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional support to clients via phone, email, and chat - Assist clients with inquiries, issues, and technical troubleshooting - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues in a timely manner - Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate channels - Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and policies

Requirements: - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strong problem-solving abilities - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Availability to work flexible hours
