Client Support Representative - Work from home

Job description:

Phorest, a leading software company in the beauty industry, is seeking a Client Support Representative to work remotely from home in Galway, Connacht, IE. This part-time position is at the Associate Level and requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer support role.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service and technical support to clients via phone, email, and chat - Troubleshoot and resolve client issues in a timely and efficient manner - Document all interactions and maintain accurate records in the CRM system - Collaborate with the technical team to escalate and resolve complex issues - Identify opportunities for improvement in the customer support process and provide feedback to the team - Meet and exceed key performance indicators and customer satisfaction goals - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to better serve clients

Requirements: - Resourceful and confident personality traits - Strong research and persuasion skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in using CRM software and other technical tools - Experience in the beauty industry or with salon software is a plus - High school diploma or equivalent required, bachelor's degree preferred
