Job Description - Client Support Specialist

Job Description:


LogoGrab is seeking a part-time Client Support Specialist to join our team in Cork, IE. As an Entry Level role, no prior experience is required, making this the perfect opportunity for someone looking to start their career in the tech industry. We are looking for someone who is independent, confident, has excellent planning and presentation skills, and is eager to learn and grow within our organization.


Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer support to clients via phone, email, and chat - Assist clients with any technical issues or questions they may have - Work closely with the sales team to onboard new clients and ensure a smooth transition - Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for clients - Analyze client feedback and provide insights to our product development team - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any client issues in a timely manner


Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Strong communication skills - Excellent problem-solving abilities - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite - Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
