Job Description - Client Support Specialist

The Client Support Specialist at HubSpot Dublin in Cork, IE is a part-time role at the Associate Level, requiring 4 years of experience in a similar position. As a Client Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to clients, assisting them with any issues they may encounter.


Responsibilities: 1. Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Troubleshooting technical issues and providing solutions to clients. 3. Collaborating with other teams to escalate and resolve complex customer problems. 4. Managing client accounts, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information. 5. Providing product demonstrations and training to clients. 6. Conducting regular follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction. 7. Assisting with the implementation of new software and features for clients. 8. Identifying opportunities for process improvement and customer retention.


Requirements: 1. Energetic and motivated personality. 2. Excellent critical thinking skills. 3. Strong cooperation and communication abilities. 4. Previous experience in a client support role. 5. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. 6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
