Client Support Specialist

The Client Support Specialist at HubSpot Dublin in Cork, IE is a part-time role at the Associate Level, requiring 4 years of experience in a similar position. Collaborating with other teams to escalate and resolve complex customer problems. 4. Managing client accounts, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information. 5. Providing product demonstrations and training to clients. 6. Conducting regular follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction. 7. Assisting with the implementation of new software and features for clients. 8. Identifying opportunities for process improvement and customer retention.
