Job Description:
SilverCloud Health is seeking a part-time Client Support Specialist to join our team in Cork, IE. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a similar role. We are looking for a resilient and confident individual who possesses excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional support to clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and live chat. 2. Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions in a timely and efficient manner. 3. Manage client accounts, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information. 4. Collaborate with the sales and product teams to address client needs and improve overall satisfaction. 5. Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively assist clients with any inquiries or concerns. 6. Create and maintain detailed records of client interactions and resolutions. 7. Proactively identify opportunities for improvement and provide feedback to the appropriate teams.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in a related field. 2. 4+ years of experience in client support or a similar role. 3. Strong communication and negotiation skills. 4. Proven ability to work well under pressure and handle challenging situations. 5. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
