Client Support Specialist

Job Description:

We are looking for a part-time Client Support Specialist to join our team at Intel Ireland in Waterford, Munster, IE. As an Associate Level position, we require a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will be independent, adaptable, detail-oriented, and possess excellent presentation skills.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional client support through various channels such as phone, email, and chat - Troubleshoot and resolve client issues in a timely and efficient manner - Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions - Collaborate with internal teams to address technical issues and improve overall client experience - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and resolutions in our CRM system - Assist with client onboarding and training as needed - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and product knowledge to better serve our clients - Prioritize understanding and empathy in all client interactions

Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in client support or a similar role - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities - Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities - Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite - Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
