Client Support Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and motivated Client Support Specialist to join our team at Cooper Industries in Waterford, Munster, IE. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 2 years of experience in a related field.

Responsibilities: - Provide excellent customer service and support to clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner. - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and resolution of client issues. - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions. - Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling of products and services to clients. - Assist in the development of client training materials and resources. - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to better serve our clients.

Requirements: - Hardworking and energetic personality traits. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Ability to innovate and adapt to changing client needs. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software. - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
