Client Support Specialist

Job Description:

Tandem HR Solutions is seeking a Client Support Specialist to join our team in Waterford, Munster, IE. As a Client Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. This role is part-time and at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries and issues, providing timely and effective solutions - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met - Collaborate with the sales team to onboard new clients and ensure a smooth transition process - Provide training and support to clients on our products and services - Assist in the implementation of new client accounts and ensure a successful launch - Monitor client satisfaction and identify areas for improvement - Update client information and maintain accurate records in our database

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience - 4+ years of experience in a client support role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Adaptability and a drive to succeed in a fast-paced environment - Innovative thinking and strong decision-making skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
