Client Support Specialist - Work from home

We are looking for a motivated and confident Client Support Specialist to join our team at Wia. This is a part-time remote position based in Cork, Cork, IE, with the opportunity to work from home. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required, making this an excellent opportunity for someone looking to kickstart their career in client support.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer support via email, chat, and phone to assist clients with any inquiries or issues they may have - Develop a strong understanding of our products and services to effectively troubleshoot and resolve client issues - Collaborate with other team members to streamline processes and improve overall customer satisfaction - Assist in onboarding new clients and provide ongoing support to ensure their success - Maintain detailed records of client interactions and provide feedback to help improve our products and services

Requirements: - Confident and motivated individual with a strong desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and team members - Strong leadership skills with the ability to take initiative and solve problems independently - Comfortable working remotely and managing time effectively to meet deadlines and deliver exceptional client support
