Job Description:
Cooper Industries is seeking a motivated and dedicated Client Support Specialist to join our team and work from home in Waterford, Munster, IE. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in customer service and a strong work ethic.
Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer support to clients via phone, email, and chat - Assist clients with troubleshooting technical issues and provide solutions in a timely manner - Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times - Collaborate with other team members to ensure client satisfaction - Document all client interactions and updates in the company CRM system - Stay up to date on product knowledge and company policies
Requirements: - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong critical thinking skills to resolve complex client issues - Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment - Previous experience in a customer support role preferred - Hardworking and energetic personality traits - Must be able to work independently and efficiently from a home office - Comfortable using technology and software systems - Bachelor's degree in business or related field is a plus
