Remote Contact Center Assistant

Job Description:

Penneys is currently seeking a Remote Contact Center Assistant to join our team in Waterford, Munster, IE. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role.

As a Remote Contact Center Assistant, your responsibilities will include:

1. Answering incoming calls and emails from customers in a professional and courteous manner. 2. Resolving customer inquiries and issues promptly and efficiently. 3. Providing product information and assistance with placing orders. 4. Processing returns, exchanges, and refunds according to company policies. 5. Collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 6. Meeting and exceeding performance metrics and goals set by management. 7. Staying up-to-date on product knowledge, policies, and procedures. 8. Assisting with additional tasks and projects as needed.
