Job Description:
Wayflyer, a fast-growing fintech company based in Limerick, Munster, IE, is seeking a Contact Center Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a customer service or contact center role.
Responsibilities: 1. Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers to assist with inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional service. 2. Manage customer communication through various channels such as phone, email, and live chat. 3. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and effective handling of customer interactions. 4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update customer information in the database. 5. Provide support to the Contact Center Manager in implementing and maintaining contact center processes and procedures. 6. Assist in training new contact center team members and provide feedback on performance. 7. Meet and exceed performance metrics related to call volume, resolution times, and customer satisfaction.
Requirements: 1. Energetic and driven individual with a passion for customer service. 2. Strong persuasion skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. 3. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 4. Proficiency in using contact center software and CRM systems. 5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. 6. High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
