Job Description:
We are looking for a diligent and dynamic Contact Center Assistant to join our team at &Open in Galway, Ireland. As an Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support through various communication channels.
Responsibilities: 1. Answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner. 2. Managing email correspondence and resolving customer issues efficiently. 3. Handling customer complaints and escalations with empathy and understanding. 4. Providing product information and guidance to customers. 5. Processing orders, returns, and exchanges accurately. 6. Updating customer records and ensuring data accuracy in the system. 7. Collaborating with other team members to resolve complex customer issues. 8. Adhering to company policies and procedures at all times. 9. Participating in ongoing training and professional development opportunities. 10. Assisting in other administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements: 1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service or contact center role. 2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 4. Energetic and innovative mindset with a keen eye for analysis. 5. Proficiency in computer systems and customer relationship management software. 6. A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow within the role. 7. High school diploma or equivalent required.
