Job Description:
Nova Leah is seeking a dedicated and adaptable Contact Center Assistant to join our team in Limerick, Munster, Ireland. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Contact Center Assistant will be responsible for providing support to our contact center team and assisting with a variety of tasks to ensure smooth operations.
Responsibilities: 1. Answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries in a professional and friendly manner. 2. Assisting customers with product or service related questions and issues. 3. Logging and documenting customer interactions in our CRM system. 4. Collaborating with team members to resolve customer complaints or issues in a timely manner. 5. Supporting the contact center team with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and scheduling appointments. 6. Participating in training sessions to improve customer service skills and product knowledge. 7. Maintaining a positive and helpful attitude towards customers and team members.
Requirements: 1. At least 3 years of experience in a customer service or contact center role. 2. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment. 3. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. 4. Ability to adapt to changing situations and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. 5. Innovative thinking and problem-solving skills. 6.
