Job Description:
Apple Ireland is seeking a reliable and resilient Contact Center Assistant to join our team in Waterford, Munster, IE. This is a part-time position at the associate level, requiring at least 2 years of experience. As a Contact Center Assistant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to Apple customers through phone, email, and chat channels.
Responsibilities: - Handling incoming customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner - Providing product information, troubleshooting technical issues, and processing orders and returns - Assisting customers with account management and troubleshooting login or payment issues - Collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Following company protocols and utilizing resources to efficiently handle customer inquiries - Documenting customer interactions and escalating complex issues to the appropriate department - Maintaining a positive and empathetic attitude towards customers at all times - Meeting or exceeding set performance metrics for customer satisfaction and response times
Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in customer service or a related field - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong negotiation skills and the ability to think on your feet - Reliable and able to work independently as well as part of a team - Resilient and able to handle difficult customers in a calm and professional manner - Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment - Familiarity with Apple products and services is a plus - Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer service tools
