Job Description:
Intercom is seeking a part-time Contact Center Assistant to join our dynamic team in Dublin, Ireland. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role. We are looking for a motivated and energetic individual with strong project management skills and a passion for innovation.
Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service by answering calls and responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat - Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and issue resolution - Promptly escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for further resolution - Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions in our CRM system - Collaborate with other team members to continuously improve processes and procedures within the contact center - Participate in training sessions to stay up-to-date on product updates and improvements - Contribute to a positive and collaborative team culture focused on exceeding customer expectations and delivering delight
Requirements: - 2 years of experience in a contact center or customer service role - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and multi-task effectively - Demonstrated ability to think creatively and provide innovative solutions to customer issues - Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office suite - Motivated self-starter with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn - Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as needed
