Contact Center Assistant - Work from home

Job Description:

SoapBox Labs is seeking a motivated and energetic individual to join our team as a Contact Center Assistant, working from home in Limerick, Munster, IE. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities: - Answering inbound calls and responding to customer inquiries in a professional and efficient manner - Making outbound calls to follow up with customers and provide additional information as needed - Assisting with order processing and resolving any issues that may arise - Updating customer information in the database accurately and in a timely manner - Collaborating with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction and retention - Adhering to company policies and procedures at all times

Requirements: - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software - Previous experience in a customer service or contact center role is preferred - Motivated and energetic personality traits - Soft skills in negotiation and decision-making - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
