Job Description:
Hilton is seeking a dedicated Contact Center Associate to join our team in Waterford, Munster, IE. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role. As a Contact Center Associate at Hilton, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through various communication channels including phone calls, emails, and live chat.
Responsibilities: 1. Handle incoming calls and inquiries from customers with professionalism and empathy. 2. Assist customers with reservations, cancellations, and general inquiries about Hilton properties. 3. Provide guidance and support to customers experiencing issues with their bookings or stay. 4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless communication and resolution of customer issues. 5. Utilize creative problem-solving skills to address unique customer needs and requests. 6. Manage time effectively to meet service level agreements and maintain high productivity levels. 7. Keep accurate records of customer interactions and follow up on unresolved issues. 8. Strive to exceed customer expectations and consistently deliver world-class service.
Requirements: 1. Resourceful and hardworking individual with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction. 2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 3. Strong creativity and problem-solving skills. 4. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. 5. Proficiency in computer systems and data entry. 6. Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes. 7. Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
