Job Description:
WebDoctor is currently seeking a dedicated and driven Contact Center Associate to join our team in Cork, IE. As a Contact Center Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through various communication channels including phone calls, emails, and online chat.
Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner - Providing accurate information about our products and services - Assisting customers with placing orders, scheduling appointments, and processing payments - Handling escalated customer complaints and finding solutions to ensure customer satisfaction - Collaborating with team members to achieve departmental goals and targets - Maintaining customer records and updating information in the company database - Participating in ongoing training and development opportunities to improve skills and knowledge
Requirements: - 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively interact with customers - Strong persuasion skills and the ability to upsell products or services when appropriate - Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues - Proficiency in using computer systems and software for customer interactions - High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred
