Contact Center Associate

Job Description:

Over-C is seeking a Contact Center Associate to join our team in Cork, Ireland. As a Contact Center Associate, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and providing excellent service over the phone, email, and chat channels. This is a part-time position at the Associate level, requiring a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Manage a high volume of incoming customer calls, emails, and chats - Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding products and services - Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and efficient manner - Process orders, returns, and exchanges according to company policies - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience

Requirements: - Strong communication skills and the ability to make quick and effective decisions - Demonstrated independence and resourcefulness in a fast-paced environment - Minimum of 4 years of experience in a contact center or customer service role - Ability to work part-time hours, including evenings and weekends - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
