Remote Contact Center Associate

Job Description:

SAP Ireland is seeking a Remote Contact Center Associate to join our team in Dublin, Ireland. This part-time role at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in a contact center environment.

Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and efficient manner - Provide accurate information and assistance to customers regarding products and services - Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and empathetic manner - Utilize CRM software to document customer interactions and update customer records - Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction and resolution of issues - Meet and exceed performance metrics such as call handling time, customer satisfaction, and resolution rate - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed assistance to customers

Requirements: - Energetic and resourceful personality traits - Strong adaptability and research skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications - High school diploma or equivalent required - Previous experience in a contact center or customer service role preferred
