Job Description:
As a Contact Center Associate at IBM Ireland's Galway location, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and support to clients and partners. This part-time position requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, and it is best suited for someone who is independent, resourceful, and possesses strong planning and project management skills.
Responsibilities: 1. Handle incoming calls, emails, and online chat inquiries from customers and provide timely and accurate responses. 2. Assist customers with product inquiries, technical issues, and account management. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and ensure a seamless customer experience. 4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system. 5. Identify opportunities for process improvement and provide feedback to management. 6. Meet or exceed performance goals related to customer satisfaction, response times, and resolution rates. 7. Continuously develop and enhance your product knowledge to better assist customers.
Requirements: 1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or contact center role. 2. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. 3. Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset. 4. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 5. Proficiency in using CRM systems and other customer service tools. 6. Planning and project management skills. 7. Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends.
