Contact Center Associate

Job Description:

LetsGetChecked is seeking a driven and passionate Contact Center Associate to join our team in Cork, Ireland. As a Contact Center Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: 1. Answering customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Assisting customers with product information, orders, and troubleshooting issues. 3. Resolving customer complaints and escalating issues as needed. 4. Updating customer accounts and information accurately. 5. Providing feedback to management on customer trends and issues. 6. Collaborating with team members to improve processes and enhance the customer experience. 7. Meeting and exceeding customer satisfaction goals.

Requirements: 1. 3 years of experience in a customer service or contact center role. 2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes quickly. 4. Excellent problem-solving skills. 5. Cooperates well with team members and demonstrates innovation in finding solutions. 6. Must be driven and passionate about providing exceptional customer service.
