Property Button is seeking a part-time Remote Contact Center Manager to join our team in Dublin, Ireland. This position is ideal for a candidate with 7 years of experience in contact center management at a mid-to-senior level, who possesses strong communication and project management skills.
As a Remote Contact Center Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our contact center operations, including managing a team of remote agents, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, implementing and optimizing contact center processes, and driving performance metrics.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading, motivating, and managing a team of remote contact center agents to ensure high performance and adherence to company policies and procedures - Developing and implementing contact center strategies to improve efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction - Monitoring and analyzing key performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed - Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless integration of contact center operations with overall business goals - Conducting regular performance reviews, providing feedback and coaching to team members, and identifying opportunities for training and development - Handling escalated customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner - Implementing and maintaining contact center technology systems to support operations and improve customer experience - Developing and maintaining contact center policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements
Requirements:
- 7 years of experience in contact center management - Strong communication and project management skills - Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities - Proven track record of driving performance improvements in contact center operations - Experience with contact center technology systems and metrics - Knowledge of best practices in contact center management and customer service - Bachelor's degree in business, communications, or a related field preferred
