Remote Contact Center Manager

At Tandem HR Solutions, we are seeking a Remote Contact Center Manager to join our dynamic team in Dublin, IE. This part-time position requires a high level of experience, with a minimum of 6 years in a contact center or customer service management role. The ideal candidate will be confident, resilient, and possess strong persuasion and presentation skills.

Responsibilities: 1. Manage a team of remote contact center agents by setting goals, monitoring performance, and providing coaching and feedback. 2. Implement and maintain best practices for customer service, including handling customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner. 3. Develop and implement strategies to improve contact center efficiency and customer satisfaction. 4. Analyze data and reports to identify trends and make recommendations for process improvements. 5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience across all channels. 6. Stay current on industry trends and best practices to continually improve contact center operations.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field. 2. 6+ years of experience in contact center or customer service management. 3. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a remote team. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and rapidly evolving work environment. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and contact center software.
