Job Description - Contact Center Manager

Job Description:


The Cool Bean Company is seeking a part-time Contact Center Manager to join our team in Cork, IE. As an Associate level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role. We are looking for an independent and driven individual with strong negotiation and innovation skills.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage the day-to-day operations of the contact center, ensuring efficient and effective customer service delivery. 2. Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, retention, and sales conversion rates. 3. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify trends and areas for improvement. 4. Train, coach, and mentor contact center staff to optimize performance and ensure high standards of service. 5. Collaborate with other departments to address customer issues and improve overall customer experience. 6. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members. 7. Handle escalated customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and satisfactory manner. 8. Drive innovation and continuous improvement initiatives within the contact center.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. 2. Proven experience in contact center management. 3. Strong leadership and communication skills. 4. Ability to work independently and drive results. 5. Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities. 6. Knowledge of contact center technologies and best practices. 7. Flexibility to work part-time hours, including evenings and weekends. 8. Experience in the food or hospitality industry is a plus.
