Job Description:
Popertee is seeking a part-time Contact Center Manager to join our team in Cork, Ireland. As a Contact Center Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the contact center operations and ensuring exceptional customer service delivery. This role requires a confident and passionate individual with at least 7 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities: - Lead and manage a team of contact center agents to achieve performance targets and deliver high-quality customer service. - Develop and implement contact center policies and procedures to optimize efficiency and effectiveness. - Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance productivity and customer satisfaction. - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience across all channels. - Handle escalated customer queries and provide timely resolution. - Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching and training to contact center agents. - Implement innovative solutions to improve contact center operations and drive continuous improvement. - Maintain a positive working environment that prioritizes understanding and empathy in all interactions.
Requirements: - 7+ years of experience in contact center management. - Confident and passionate individual with strong leadership skills. - Proven track record of driving performance improvement in a contact center environment. - Excellent project management skills and the ability to innovate and implement new ideas. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
