Job Description - Remote Contact Center Manager

Job Description:


We are seeking a highly experienced Remote Contact Center Manager to join our team at Squarespace Ireland. As a part-time position based in Waterford, Munster, you will be responsible for managing our contact center operations remotely. We are looking for a candidate with at least 7 years of experience in a similar role and who possesses the necessary skills and qualities to excel in a mid-to-senior level position.


Responsibilities: - Manage a team of contact center agents remotely, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure excellent customer service - Develop and implement contact center strategies to optimize efficiency and performance - Monitor and analyze KPIs to track the team's performance and make data-driven decisions - Handle escalations and resolve complex customer issues in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with other departments to improve processes and enhance the customer experience - Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members - Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in contact center management


Requirements: - 7+ years of experience in contact center management - Proven ability to lead a remote team effectively and drive results - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities - Resourceful and adaptable to changing priorities and environments - Experience with CRM systems and contact center technology - Presentation and people management skills - Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is preferred
