Job Description - Contact Center Manager

WarDucks, a leading mobile gaming company based in Dublin, is seeking a part-time Contact Center Manager to join our dynamic team. This position is ideal for a motivated and passionate individual with at least 6 years of experience in a similar role.


As the Contact Center Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our customer service team. Your main duties will include managing a team of customer service representatives, implementing and monitoring KPIs, analyzing performance data, and developing strategies to improve the overall customer experience.


We are looking for someone with strong people management skills, as well as the ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions. The ideal candidate will be a natural leader who can motivate and inspire their team to deliver exceptional customer service.


In addition to the responsibilities mentioned above, the Contact Center Manager will also be expected to nurture an entrepreneurial atmosphere within our established organization. This includes encouraging innovation, creativity, and collaboration among team members.
