Job Description - Contact Center Manager


Job Description: Airbnb Ireland UC is looking for a Contact Center Manager to oversee our customer service operations in Cork, Ireland. As a Contact Center Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of customer service representatives, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction, and driving continuous improvement in our contact center operations.


Responsibilities: - Manage and lead a team of customer service representatives, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation - Develop and implement contact center policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective customer service operations - Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to optimize performance - Collaborate with other departments to address customer issues and enhance the overall customer experience - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in contact center management - Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies - Handle escalated customer complaints and provide resolution in a timely and professional manner
