Job Description:
Property Button is seeking a dedicated and resourceful Contact Center Manager to join our team on a part-time, work-from-home basis. As a Contact Center Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing our remote customer service team, ensuring excellent service delivery and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities: - Manage and supervise a team of remote customer service representatives - Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures - Monitor and analyze team performance metrics to drive continuous improvement - Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner - Conduct regular training sessions to ensure team members are up-to-date on product knowledge and customer service best practices - Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience - Utilize customer feedback to identify trends and make recommendations for process improvements - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback
Requirements: - 6+ years of experience in a customer service or contact center management role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong leadership and decision-making abilities - Ability to work independently and manage a remote team effectively - Proficiency in CRM software and other customer service tools - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred
