Job Description - Contact Center Manager - Work from home

Job Description:


Microsoft Ireland is seeking a Contact Center Manager to work from home in Limerick, Munster, IE. As a part-time role at a Mid-to-Senior Level, the Contact Center Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our contact center, ensuring the highest level of customer service is provided to all clients.


Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement strategies to improve customer service efficiency and effectiveness 2. Manage a team of customer service representatives, including training, coaching, and performance evaluation 3. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement 4. Work closely with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience 5. Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner 6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer service 7. Conduct regular team meetings and provide feedback to staff


Requirements: 1. 8+ years of experience in a customer service or contact center management role 2. Driven and dedicated personality traits 3. Strong leadership and communication skills 4. Strategic planning and innovative thinking abilities 5. Ability to work effectively in a remote, work-from-home environment
