**Job Description:**
As a Contact Center Manager at Stripe, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of remote contact center agents to ensure the highest level of customer service is provided. You will work from home and be a key player in the success of the contact center operations.
**Responsibilities:**
- Lead, motivate, and support a team of remote contact center agents to achieve performance targets and objectives - Monitor agent adherence to schedules, ensuring optimal staffing levels are maintained for efficient operations - Develop and implement training programs to enhance agent skills and knowledge of products and services - Analyze performance data to identify trends and provide recommendations for improvement - Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner - Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience - Provide ongoing feedback and coaching to agents to ensure continuous improvement - Stay current on industry trends and best practices in contact center management
**Requirements:**
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience - Minimum of 8 years of experience in contact center management - Strong leadership and communication skills - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and contact center software - Strong research and problem-solving skills - Emotional intelligence and ability to handle difficult situations with empathy - Hardworking and dedicated to delivering excellent customer service
