Contact Center Manager - Work from home

Job Description:

We are looking for a Contact Center Manager to join our team at Groupon International Limited. This is a part-time position that allows you to work from the comfort of your own home in Cork, IE. We are seeking an individual with at least 6 years of experience in a contact center environment.

As the Contact Center Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our customer service operations. This includes managing a team of customer service representatives, monitoring call center metrics, and implementing strategies to improve customer satisfaction. You will also be responsible for handling escalated customer issues and ensuring that our team is providing top-notch service to all of our customers.

In order to be successful in this role, you must be adaptable and motivated to drive results. You should have strong leadership skills and be able to foster a sense of cooperation within your team. Additionally, you should have excellent communication skills and be able to effectively manage multiple priorities.
