Contact Center Officer

Job Description:

NewsWhip is currently seeking a part-time Contact Center Officer to join our team in Dublin, Ireland. As an Entry Level position, we are looking for individuals with at least 1 year of experience who are motivated and passionate about customer service.

Responsibilities: 1. Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers in a professional and courteous manner. 2. Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information about our products and services. 3. Assist customers with troubleshooting technical issues and provide solutions to problems. 4. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution. 5. Update customer records and enter data accurately into the CRM system. 6. Meet and exceed key performance indicators such as call resolution and customer satisfaction. 7. Collaborate with team members to improve overall contact center operations.

Requirements: 1. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 2. Strong analytical skills to effectively assess customer needs and provide tailored solutions. 3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. 4. Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred. 5. Must be motivated and passionate about delivering exceptional service to customers.
