Contact Center Officer

Job Description:

Qualtrics Ireland, located in Limerick, Munster, IE, is seeking a passionate and energetic Contact Center Officer to join our team on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level role, we require a candidate with at least 4 years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will exhibit attention to detail and possess strong research skills.

Responsibilities: - Handle incoming and outgoing calls in a professional and courteous manner - Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries and concerns - Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently and accurately - Conduct research to assist customers with product information and troubleshooting - Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and escalations - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Monitor and respond to customer emails and online inquiries in a timely manner - Assist with general administrative tasks as needed

Requirements: - 4+ years of experience in a contact center or customer service role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Attention to detail and strong research skills - Passionate and energetic personality
