Job Description - Contact Center Officer

Job Description:


Johnson & Johnson Ireland is seeking a part-time Contact Center Officer to join our team in Waterford, Munster, IE. This entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience in a similar role.


Responsibilities: 1. Handling incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and other forms of communication from customers and clients. 2. Providing excellent customer service by resolving inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner. 3. Logging all interactions and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 4. Conducting research to resolve customer inquiries and issues effectively. 5. Making decisions independently to address customer needs and escalate issues as necessary. 6. Collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 7. Adhering to company policies and procedures while delivering high-quality service. 8. Contributing to team goals and meeting key performance indicators.


Requirements: 1. Independent and reliable personality traits. 2. Strong decision-making skills and ability to conduct thorough research. 3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 4. Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management software. 6. High school diploma or equivalent required. 7. Prior experience in a customer service or contact center role preferred.
