Job Description - Remote Contact Center Officer

9th Impact is seeking a dedicated and self-motivated Remote Contact Center Officer to join our dynamic team in Cork, IE. As a part-time Associate Level position with 3 years of experience, the successful candidate will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.


Responsibilities: 1. Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner. 2. Provide accurate information about products and services, resolve customer issues, and escalate complex cases to the appropriate department. 3. Utilize CRM systems and other tools to maintain customer records and track interactions. 4. Work collaboratively with team members to ensure consistency in service delivery and achieve performance targets. 5. Assist with special projects and initiatives as needed to support the overall objectives of the contact center.


Requirements: 1. Proven experience in a customer service or contact center role, preferably in a remote setting. 2. Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively engage with customers from diverse backgrounds. 3. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations with composure. 4. Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools to manage customer interactions. 5. High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in customer service is a plus.
