Remote Contact Center Officer

Job Description:

Zutec is seeking a Remote Contact Center Officer to join our dynamic team in Waterford, Munster, IE. As a part-time Associate Level professional with at least 4 years of experience, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service to clients worldwide.

Responsibilities: 1. Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner. 2. Provide personalized support to customers, troubleshoot issues, and ensure customer satisfaction. 3. Utilize innovative techniques to analyze customer data and feedback to improve processes and enhance the customer experience. 4. Collaborate with colleagues globally to share best practices and maintain a high level of service delivery. 5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update customer information in the database. 6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed assistance to customers. 7. Assist with special projects and initiatives as needed to support the Contact Center team.

Requirements: 1. Strong communication skills and the ability to adapt to different communication channels. 2. Demonstrated reliability and resilience in a fast-paced customer service environment. 3. Excellent problem-solving skills and a high level of attention to detail. 4. Innovative mindset with a strong analytical approach to customer interactions. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a global team. 6. Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer service tools. 7. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
