Contact Center Officer - Work from home

Job Description:

3D4Medical is seeking a Contact Center Officer to join our team on a part-time basis, working from home. As an Entry Level position, no specific years of experience are required, but a minimum of 1 year in customer service or a related field is preferred.

Responsibilities: 1. Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and online chat. 2. Provide exceptional customer service and support to resolve issues and answer questions. 3. Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions. 4. Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate department or team member. 5. Collaborate with colleagues to continuously improve processes and procedures within the contact center. 6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to effectively assist customers.

Requirements: 1. Passionate about providing top-notch customer service. 2. Confident in dealing with a variety of customer inquiries and issues. 3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 4. Ability to think innovatively and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.
