Contact Center Officer - Work from home

Job Description:

NewsWhip is seeking a Contact Center Officer to join our team and work remotely from home. As a Contact Center Officer, you will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional customer service. This position requires a high level of professionalism, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. - Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members for resolution. - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. - Provide product information and assistance to customers as needed. - Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction. - Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and policies.

Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience. - Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service or contact center role. - Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively interact with customers. - Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically. - Resilient and adaptable personality traits. - Proficient in time management and planning. - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
