Contact Center Representative

Beatvyne is seeking a highly motivated and resourceful Contact Center Representative to join our team in Dublin, Ireland. As a part-time position at an Associate Level, this role requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service or call center environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong decision-making skills, be confident in their abilities, and have a cooperative attitude.

Responsibilities: - Answering inbound calls and emails from customers and providing timely and accurate information - Resolving customer inquiries and issues in a professional and efficient manner - Making outbound calls to follow up with customers on their inquiries or to provide additional information - Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system - Collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Meeting and exceeding performance targets set by management

Requirements: - 3+ years of experience in a customer service or call center role - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to make sound decisions under pressure - Strong problem-solving skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems - Resourceful and confident personality traits - Ability to work cooperatively with team members
