Contact Center Representative

Job Description:

NewsWhip is seeking a passionate and reliable Contact Center Representative to join our team in Waterford, Munster, IE. As an Associate Level representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients via phone, email, and live chat.

Responsibilities: 1. Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner. 2. Assist customers with product information, pricing, and technical support. 3. Resolve customer complaints and issues with a focus on customer satisfaction. 4. Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate department. 5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the CRM system. 6. Collaborate with the sales and product teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. 7. Meet and exceed performance metrics including call volume, response time, and customer satisfaction ratings.

Requirements: 1. 4 years of experience in customer service or contact center roles. 2. Strong project management and critical thinking skills. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 6. High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
