Job Description:
WebDoctor is seeking a passionate and confident Contact Center Representative to join our team in Cork, Ireland. As a part-time Associate Level employee with at least 4 years of experience, you will be responsible for effectively managing customer inquiries and providing exceptional service over the phone and through email.
Responsibilities: 1. Responding to customer queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner. 2. Managing and resolving customer complaints to ensure customer satisfaction. 3. Handling a high volume of inbound and outbound calls. 4. Providing accurate information about products and services. 5. Conducting follow-up calls to customers to ensure their needs are met. 6. Collaborating with other departments to escalate and solve complex customer issues. 7. Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 8. Adhering to company policies and procedures at all times. 9. Contributing to team goals and targets.
Requirements: 1. 4 years of experience in a customer service or contact center role. 2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 3. Strong decision-making abilities in high-pressure situations. 4. Passion for providing outstanding customer service. 5. Confidence in handling difficult customers and challenging situations. 6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 7. Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office applications. 8. High school diploma or equivalent.
