Contact Center Representative

Job Description:

LogoGrab, a leading technology company based in Dublin, Ireland, is seeking a talented Contact Center Representative to join our team on a part-time basis. As an Entry Level team member, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service to our clients.

Responsibilities: - Handle incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and live chat interactions with customers in a professional and courteous manner - Provide accurate information and assistance to customers regarding our products and services - Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and efficient manner - Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless communication and resolution of customer concerns - Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system - Meet and exceed performance targets and KPIs set by management - Continuously improve customer satisfaction and retention rates through proactive problem-solving and effective communication - Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times - Uphold the highest standards of ethical conduct and integrity in all interactions with customers and colleagues

Requirements: - Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or call center role - Driven and resilient personality traits - Strong communication and problem-solving skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite - Strategic planning and planning skills are a plus - Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
