Remote Contact Center Representative

Job Description:

WebDoctor is seeking a Remote Contact Center Representative to join our team in Waterford, Munster, IE. As a part-time Associate Level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities: 1. Handle incoming customer queries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Provide accurate information and assistance to customers regarding our products and services. 3. Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently. 4. Resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy and a solutions-oriented approach. 5. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 6. Meet and exceed set performance goals, including response times and customer satisfaction metrics. 7. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers. 8. Act as a brand ambassador for WebDoctor and uphold our reputation for exceptional customer service.

Requirements: 1. Resourceful and energetic personality traits. 2. Strong research and innovation skills. 3. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 4. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. 5. Proficiency in using customer service software and tools. 6. Flexible schedule and availability to work evenings and weekends when necessary. 7. High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or training in customer service is a plus.
