Contact Center Representative

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and driven Contact Center Representative to join our team at Smurfit Kappa Group in Limerick, Munster, IE. As a Contact Center Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.

Responsibilities: 1. Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and efficiency. 2. Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and accurate manner. 3. Document all customer interactions and follow-up actions in our CRM system. 4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless customer service delivery. 5. Meet and exceed performance metrics, including call quality and customer satisfaction scores.

Requirements: 1. High school diploma or equivalent. 2. Minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer service role. 3. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 4. Attention to detail and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. 5. Strong cooperation and team player mindset. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 7. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
