Remote Contact Center Representative

Job Description:

Etsy Ireland is seeking a Remote Contact Center Representative to join our dynamic team in Dublin. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Remote Contact Center Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our global community of Etsy sellers and buyers.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Assist customers with account issues, order status, product inquiries, and general support requests. 3. Resolve customer complaints and issues to ensure customer satisfaction. 4. Educate customers on Etsy's policies, procedures, and features. 5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues. 6. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 7. Meet and exceed performance metrics related to call quality, resolution time, and customer satisfaction. 8. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, policies, and procedures through ongoing training and development.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a contact center environment. 2. Driven and hardworking individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Strong time management and problem-solving abilities. 4. Ability to work independently in a remote setting and collaborate with team members virtually. 5. Proficiency in using CRM systems and other customer service tools. 6. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. 7. High school diploma or equivalent required.
