Job Description:
Microsoft Ireland is seeking a passionate and independent Contact Center Representative to work from home in Dublin, Ireland. As a part-time Associate Level representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to clients through various communication channels.
Responsibilities: 1. Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Identify and assess customers' needs to provide accurate and effective solutions. 3. Resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy and understanding. 4. Educate customers on products, services, and troubleshooting techniques. 5. Document all interactions and follow up with customers as needed. 6. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to continuously improve processes and customer satisfaction. 7. Meet and exceed performance metrics and goals set by the company.
Requirements: 1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Ability to analyze customer needs and provide tailored solutions. 4. Excellent planning and organizational skills. 5. Proficiency in using customer service software and CRM systems. 6. High-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace for remote work. 7. Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
